Terms & Conditions

Eligibility and entry:

  1. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions. The "Promotion" is only available to recipients of the piece of direct mail featuring the campaign code ML1508TD or an outbound text message featuring the campaign code ML1508WE.
  2. Employees of Renault UK Ltd ("Promoter"), their relatives, their agents and its dealer network, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded from this activity. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at time of entry. Proof of age and eligibility may be required.
  3. To enter this Promotion, customers need to take and book and take a test drive of a Renault car by 30th September 2015 (Renaultsport cars, LCV and Dacia models are excluded from this activity) in the Renault dealer network. Upon completion of a valid test drive, customers will be eligible to choose one of three complimentary gifts: Free Night Away or an Afternoon tea or a Spa treatment.
  4. All complimentary gifts must be chosen on the day of test drive.
  5. Each complimentary gift has its own terms and conditions below.
  6. Only one complimentary package can be claimed per person.
  7. Test drives in an invalid model or not taken in the Renault dealer network will be disqualified and will not be counted.
  8. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception of fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
  9. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
  10. All claims must be made by 30th September 2015.
  11. Booking codes will be valid for 18 months from dispatch, specific dates according to individual gift packs.
  12. Once a complimentary gift has been chosen then choices cannot be altered or swapped.
  13. The promotor reserves the right to limit availability of the test drives i.e. stipulate days and times of the week when test drives can be taken.
  14. Only the named person taking the test drive will be eligible to claim and book a complimentary gift. The names person can book a gift on behalf of another party.
  15. Once complimentary gifts have been chosen they will be dispatched within 28 days.
  16. Complimentary gifts will be sent via Royal Mail and neither MLP nor Renault undertakes responsibility for any items going missing following dispatch.

Prize:

  1. Upon completion of a valid test drive, customers will be eligible to choose one of three complimentary gifts: Free Night Away or an Afternoon tea or a Spa treatment.
  2. The Prize cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for a cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
  3. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, the Promoter, its associated companies and its agents exclude responsibility and all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, including in respect of (without limitation): a) any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion; b) any changes to, supply of or use of the Prize; and c) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the details of the Promotion at any time.

General:

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion.
  2. The Promoter will use details provided by entrants for the purpose of administering the Promotion and for future marketing activities with the exception of entrants who have opted out from receiving marketing communications from the Promoter. Free Night Away

  1. This offer entitles customers to stay for one night, free of charge with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages.
  2. Any extra nights' accommodation will be charged at the hotel's agreed rate on a room only basis.
  3. The free one night stay offer can only be redeemed against the cost of accommodation at participating hotels.
  4. Reservations can only be made between one and fourteen days inclusive in advance of the first night's stay.
  5. Bookings can only be made through MLP's central reservations number. Any booking made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.
  6. Cost of travel to the hotel and the cost of any travel or holiday insurance associated with the use of the "one night free offer" is excluded and is entirely at the expense of each individual. Spending money is not included within the offer.
  7. The terms and conditions of each hotel apply.
  8. Meals and beverages are not included in the offer. Any payment for meals and beverages will need to be settled with the hotel at the time of purchase or when checking out of the hotel.
  9. Any extra nights/room upgrades reserved are paid at the time of booking.
  10. Please note that advanced credit card payments incur a charge of 2.5% of the amount payable. This may be subject to change, please check at time of booking.
  11. A maximum of one unique booking number can be used on a single booking. Separate bookings, which are believed to be part of the same party, may not combine their unique booking numbers to create a consecutive night stay.
  12. Only one unique booking number can be used per stay.
  13. All stays are subject to the hotel's availability for the offer. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for promotional bookings.
  14. Children are subject to the individual hotel's normal children rates and reservations. Children may not utilise the offer.
  15. The offer is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room.
  16. This offer does not apply to reservations that include public or bank holiday periods in the UK and Ireland, Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year.
  17. A charge will apply for room upgrades/special facilities (sea/lake view/four poster beds) or any such supplements.
  18. Prices for any extra nights, room upgrades and meals are valid at date of this offer going live but may be liable to change.
  19. The offer applies to bookings made in advance and does not apply to guests altering a visit after a booking is made.
  20. The Promoter and any associated partner shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual hotels and accept no responsibility for any loss suffered by any participant of the promotion.
  21. Hotels featured and all information is correct at time of this offer going live but may be liable to change.
  22. Cancellations: If booking more than one night's accommodation up to 100% of any additional nights will be charged. The costs for room upgrades and meals for the length of your stay will not be refunded. With effect of any cancellations, your unique booking number will therefore become void.
  23. Please refer to your directory and/or accompanying letter for details of when you need to book and take your break by. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discount schemes or cards generated by either the participating hotels or MLP.
  24. Each hotel has confirmed its willingness to participate in this promotion. The Promoter or any associated partner cannot be held responsible for any hotel subsequently declining acceptance of a booking using the offer.
  25. The Promoter or any associated partner accepts no liability for loss caused, damage to property or personal injury whilst on the premises of individual hotels and whether caused by the acts or omission of any third party.

Afternoon Tea

  1. This offer entitles eligible customers to Afternoon Tea for Two people at one of the participating venues, free of charge, with no obligation to purchase additional meals or beverages.
  2. Bookings can only be made at the venues listed on the supporting website www.experienceds.co.uk/afternoontea. Bookings can only be made by the person the unique booking code is issued to.
  3. Bookings can only be made through the MLP central reservations team. Any booking made directly with a venue will not be honoured.
  4. Bookings can only be made between one and thirty days inclusive in advance of the preferred booking date, and are subject to availability. Some venues only serve Afternoon Tea on certain days of the week and at certain times in the day.
  5. A maximum of one booking code can be used on a single booking. For two or more bookings wishing to co-ordinate Afternoon Tea together, MLP will endeavour to accommodate this.
  6. Customer to advise MLP's central reservations of three preferred venues from those listed on the supporting website.
  7. MLP cannot guarantee the availability of a particular venue.
  8. Confirmation of customers booking will be sent via email.
  9. Afternoon tea will vary at each location, please see the supporting website for more details on what each venue typically serves.
  10. Any extra food or drinks and/or upgrades over and above the Afternoon Tea package such as Champagne or alcoholic beverages will need to be paid for by the customer directly to the venue.
  11. Cost of travel to the venue is excluded from the offer and is entirely at the expense of each individual.
  12. This offer does not apply to reservations in December and periods that include public or bank holiday periods in the UK and Ireland including Easter, Christmas and the New Year period. Availability may be limited during other key periods ( e.g Mother's Day and Valentine's Day)
  13. This promotion is provided by MLP. MLP and Renault accept no responsibility for the performance of the promotion. Customers participate in this promotion at their own risk.
  14. Please refer to your accompanying letter for the date your Afternoon Tea for Two needs to be booked and taken by.
  15. Cancellations: With effect of any cancellations, your unique booking code will therefore become void.
  16. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discount schemes generated by the participating venues.
  17. No cash alternatives will be offered.

Spa Treatment

  1. Please refer to your accompanying letter for when you need to book and take your treatment by.
  2. You are entitled to a free beauty treatment(s) from the listed participating venues, free of charge with no obligation to purchase additional treatments.
  3. All appointments must be made via the telephone number detailed on your accompanying letter.
  4. Any appointments made directly with the venue/therapist will not be honoured, with the exception of nails inc bookings, whereby a voucher will be issued to you when you call Customer Services to book an appointment at nails inc, once in receipt of your nails inc voucher you can book directly with your chosen nails inc venue.
  5. This offer does not apply to treatments during Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year or during public or bank holiday periods in the UK and Ireland.
  6. The duration and content of the treatments vary and is dependent on the type of treatment chosen and the individual venue.
  7. All information is correct at time of this promotion going to print but may be liable to change. The list of participating venues/therapists remains subject to change.
  8. Additional treatments will be charged at the venues standard rate and may be subject to a deposit at the time of booking, which may be forfeited in the case of cancellations, please enquire at time of booking.
  9. A maximum of one booking code can be used on a single appointment.
  10. Some treatments may require a patch test prior to your appointment, please enquire at time of booking.
  11. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount schemes generated by either the participating venues/therapists or the promoter.
  12. Cancellations: If following a confirmed appointment you subsequently cancel or fail to turn up for your appointment your voucher will become void.
  13. All treatments are subject to the venues/therapists availability for the offer. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year.
  14. Cost of travel to the venues/therapists is excluded from the offer and is entirely at the expense of each individual.
  15. Each venue/therapist has confirmed its willingness to participate in this promotion. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any venue/therapist subsequently declining acceptance of a booking.
  16. The promoter, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the treatments offered by your chosen venue and cannot be held responsible for any resulting disagreements.
  17. No liability can be accepted for personal loss, damage to property or injury at featured venues. Venues/therapists provide their own public liability insurance. Individuals may take out their own private insurance.
  18. The images and descriptions used within the promotional literature and/or websites may not accurately reflect the treatment offered at the participating venues.
  19. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its control, the promotor reserves the right to withdraw, change or substitute the offer to one of equal or greater value.
  20. No cash alternatives will be offered.
